WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only ship within the US. Please check back for future updates on expanded shipping regions.
HOW MUCH DOES GROUND SHIPPING COST?
- Free ground Domestic shipping when you spend over $100.
- $7 for Domestic Ground Shipping on orders under $100.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Local delivery and In-store pick-ups are generally available within 2 business days.
For orders that are shipped - your orders are extremely important to us and are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Economy orders placed before 2pm PT are generally packed and shipped within 3 business days - with some delay during peak seasons. Once shipped, economy shipments can take 4-5 business days to destinations within California and up to 5-7 business days to locations on the East Coast.
For Express shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.
We know that shipping times are important to our customers and we are constantly working to expedite the processing and shipping times. However, if the time frame will not work for your needs, we also offer gift cards for last minute gifting! Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska may take 2-3 business days longer than the above noted times.
